The PQ Neighborhood is made up Cape Cod model homes. It is the feel of back east Massachusetts and New York areas. There are White Birch Trees and Large Pine Trees that add to the feeling of the Neighborhood. These homes were built around 1981, by a New York based builder. There are two large 2 story models with 4 bedrooms.  These have either 2 car or 3 car garages. There is also a highly desired single story model. The homes are built in the hills and the majority of homes have Gorgeous open views. The PQ Homeowners Association maintains the beautiful slopes. Homeowners love living here and do not sell their homes often. When they purchase they stay a long time. There is a lovely group of neighbors who plan functions and parties for the all of PQ if interested. Also the Face Book page is alive and homeowners post fun and important news items. There is the Pointe Quissett HOA who overseas the neighborhood as well as the Anaheim Hills Planned Community Association, The Master.
